Kneeling statue holding a seated deity figure on its lap (possibly Ptah or Osiris), the back pillar inscribed with three vertical columns of hieroglypic text, listing the various titles of the statue owner, who was associated with Sobek and various other gods. Late Period, 26th Dynasty, 664-525 B.C. 8 5/8 inches long. From the Leighton Wilkie collection, acquired in 1970 in Cairo.
