Don Quixote Original Etching by Salvadore Dali Original etching in sepia ink on thick wove paper by Salvadore Dali from the portfolio Five Spanish Portraits. The image is of Don Quixote in armor mounted on a horse. The small figure of Sancho Panza is in the background lower left. Signed in the plate lower right. This is catalogued as 148 in Michler and Lopsinger, Dali: Catalogue Raisonne of Etchings and Mixed Media Prints, 1994. The first printing in 1966 included 180 signed and numbered impressions on various papers and inks. This impression, also from 1966, was for the Collector's Guild. The second edition totalled some 1,900 impressions, according to Michler and Lopsinger's catalogue. Dali signed his name in the plate for this second, restrike printing to distinguish it from the first printing. Second editions can also be called restrikes. This is unframed and measures 10" x 12-3/4" rag paper, image is 4-3/4" x 6-3/4".

Salvador DALI : "The Divine Word" Original lithograph handsigned and numbered 8/250 Belongs to the series "Angels in Flight" done in 1974 for "The Stained-Glass windows" Reference : 74-5 C on page 176-177 of the Field, the official catalog Arches vellum ragpaper (1974) Dimensions : 65 x 50 cm (25.6 x 19 inches) This was purchased from Martin Lawrence Galleries In Sherman Oaks CA in 1981 and this is the first time this pair of Dali Lithographs has been offered on Ebay. This was very well cared for and hung out of direct sun light, so this is as bright and colorful as when it was printed. This has all the paper work as well as COA along with two appraisals, one from 1981 and the other in 1991. This is framed and matted with a cloth mat. This one is the first of two in the "Angels in Flight" suite.

Elizabeth O'Neill Verner South Carolina (1883-1979) Widely recognized as the matriarch of the charleston renaissance this listed artist is widely collected. In 1923, she took up etching and, two years later, established her own studio. Verner was a frequent exhibitor, and her work was acquired by such notable institutions as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Museum of Fine Arts Boston, and others. This image is "Old Rectory Charleston" and measures 5" x 3-3/4" for image. This is fresh from an artist estate and is not framed. This dates from the mid 1920's to 1930.

A great example from the world renowned artist Salvador Dali. This is an original Hand Signed & Numbered Salvador Dali Lithograph. It was produced in 1967 in a limited number of copies, this is number 76 of 250. This was produced from the portfolio: Signs of the Zodiac and published by: Leon Amiel, New York & Paris, 1967. The title is Sagittarius and depicts a classic example of Dali's work. Dimensions are 29-1/2" x 22". Not many of these lithographs have survived over the years and are harder to find, great for the mid-century art collector. This is unframed and in excellent condition.
