| This is an early opalescent, paperweight technique art glass shade by Tiffany Studios. The 5" high shade's base glass layer is a very light aqua-green, which is slightly ribbed. The middle. very thin glass sheets have a off-white, "rainy" look. The shade has a highly glossed, almost mirror iridescent finish. It has the standard 2.25" fitter and is 5" high. There are small, shallow chips on the rim of each shade. Difficult to see, the imperfections will he covered by the fitter when the shade is mounted in a lamp. | |||||
