| For collectors, here is a unique Quezal Design and shape. The 5.5" high shade has curvy outline, almost like a "figure 8". The golden shade's surface layer is smooth; but, when the shade is lit or held up to a light, a diamond pattern in the glass layers between the outer and inner layers of glass, is visible. Note the strong blue and magenta highlights. The rim for the fitter is 2.25". "Quezal" is engraved on that rim. We have placed the shade in our "New Collectors" category and priced it modestly, because it has a scratch which extends partially along the circumference, as well as a bit of loss of iridescence on the lip. All blemishes are shown in the pictures. We acquired it for the rare design and shape. | ||||||
