| Original Japanese woodblock print by Osaka School master, Konishi Hirosada (fl. 1820 -60), depicting a bust portrait of an actor. The image measures approximately 8 5/8 by 6 1/8 inches, plus margins. The colors on the print are quite fresh and there are silver metallic highlights. Overall the print is in very good condition, although there is some soiling in the actor's face and hand, and a wormhole at the top left corner. In addition, like most chuban format Osaka pieces, it is from an album, and has a typical album backing. | ||||||
