| Original Japanese woodblock print by Osaka School master, Konishi Hirosada (fl.1820 -60), depicting a bust portrait of an actor. The image measures approximately 9 1/2 by 6 1/2 inches, plus margins. The colors on the print are quite fresh and there are embossed highlights. Overall the print is in very good condition, although there is a wormhole along the lower right edge of the print and some transfer staining along the upper right edge. In addition, like most chuban format Osaka pieces, it is from an album, and has a typical album backing. | ||||||
