Original Japanese woodblock print by Kisio Koizumi (1893-1945), titled " The Central Meteorological Observatory", 1933. This design is plate 41 in the series “One Hundred Pictures of Great Tokyo in the Showa Era”. The dimensions are 14 ½ by 11 inches, plus margins.
