It is in mint condition. It is evocative of a similar scarab piece done in the first decade of the 20th century by Charles Horner. If it was a signed CH (Charles Horner) piece, it would be worth 3-4 times as much.

The pendant by itself measures 1 7/8" across and 1 3/8" vertically. That dimension includes the drop on the bottom and the enamelled connector above the winged scarab.

The vivid enamel is done in shades of iridescent blues and greens. From the bottom dangles a triangular shaped element.

The necklace length is 16". The links up by the spring ring clasp are marked 925 for sterling silver.
