| A studio porcelain bowl executed in underglaze blue on a quiet yellow- enameled ground with softly modeled pinched detailing along the rim. The bowl is detailed with stylized sprays of floating plum blossoms in underglaze blue enamel, the interior with plum blossoms detailed in underglaze blue on a pristine white-enameled ground. A lovely piece of simple beauty, this bowl is a testament to the great Makazu Kozan's genius. Kozan's underglaze blue signature can be found on the base.
