| A rare-form bamboo ikebana basket on a round pedestal base, its forked handle securely attached to the body, supportive wraps and insect stitching along its sides. The basket is composed of superb detailing - mat plaiting, twilling, interlocking v-knots and metallic fittings. Contributing to the rarity of this basket is the beautifully designed "fish-mouth" neck and fluid weaving in both horizontal and vertical striping along its body.
