| A box of circular form with cover and knop handle. Decorated in underglaze iron-black with alternating vegetal and cross-hatching panels. Unglazed base with a circular firing stand scar. 15th-16th Sawankhalok ware (please see similar item by John S.Guy in Oriental Trade Ceramics in S.E Asia, item 172).
