ARMORIAL CRESTED CHINA MINIATURE JUG OR PITCHER. NOTTINGHAM. The Foley Co., circa 1892. The jug measures 2 inches in height with a base diameter of 1 3/4 inches. Beautiful coat of arms for Nottingham which features figures of ROBIN HOOD as supporters. The gilt rim and gilt on the handle shows wear. Very tiny flea bite chip at base otherwise in very good condition. Motto: Vivit Post Funera Virtus.

A "NEW CAVALIERS" ROYAL DOULTON RACK PLATE DESIGNED BY C.J.NOKE. Design number D3051. The plate has an impressed date mark on the back of (19)09. The plate depicts three Cavaliers within a border that features lions and shields (please see enlargements). The colors are very handsome in greens, blues and browns. Very light overall crazing (which is normal) otherwise in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The plate measures 9 1/2 inches in diameter.

A HAND-PAINTED PORCELAIN SCENIC PLATE. Circa 1850. Identified on the back "Vale of Athol" (sic). The manufacturer and artist is unknown however there is a number "2757" painted in red on the back. Also, there is an impressed REGISTRY MARK on the back which is indistinct. The plate features a border with an EGG AND DART rim in heavy gilt. Next, in order, is a turquoise beaded band; a Greek Key band; and a dotted zig-zag band (see enlargement 4 for details)...
