A lovely ART NOUVEAU sterling silver belt buckle by William B. Kerr & Co., Newark N J, circa 1890. Stamped on the back: STERLING; (Kerr hallmark of a hatchet); (number) 2614. Also, engraved on the back are the former owner's initials - L B A, in script (see enlargement 4). Rectangular shape with scrolled edge and decorated with a very detailed raised floral design consisting of four heart-shaped cornerpieces each enclosing a single rose. An antique English Imari or "Japan" pattern cup and saucer, circa 1805. Unmarked. Imari colors of underglaze blue with overglaze cobalt blue, iron red, green, and gilt accents. There is a small firing flaw to the rim of the cup (see enlargement 6) and the saucer has a surface 1 inch hairline which is on the underside rim of the saucer and does not go through to the front decoration. No chips, cracks or hairlines. Saucer measures 5 1/2 inches in diameter. Cup measures 2 1/4 inches in height by 4 1/4 inches at its widest point.

A charming example of one of Coalport's 1960s pastille burners that were based on antique models. Pastilles were aromatic pellets used for scenting the room. A sterling silver and agate stickpin, circa 1900. The polished cabochon agate is fairly large, measuring 7/8 inches in length by 5/8 inches in width. It has a lovely striped coloration ranging from white to a warm brown and is bezel set in sterling silver. Stamped STERLING. The pin measures 2 1/2 inches in length.

A pair of HAND-PAINTED coasters by Royal Worcester, circa 1965. Backstamp states Hand Painted (in script). Each coaster features a game bird - 1. flying Mallard duck, and, 2. Pheasant or Grouse.
