| A Victorian sterling silver and moss agate brooch, circa 1880. Oval shape with a large domed polished cabochon moss agate bezel set in silver. The stone has a rich tortoiseshell appearance. Decorative silver border. Stamped on the back SILVER. Hinged straight pin with C clasp is on the back. In fine condition. Please note: what may appear in the photo to be scratches on the moss agate actually are not - these are characteristics of the mineral below the surface. Measures 1 1/8 inches by 7/8 inches. | |||||
