| A large sterling silver buckle, Gorham, circa 1900. Stamped on the back with the maker's mark of a G, anchor, lion passant and STERLING. Also stamped with the number 140. Rectangular shaped frame with a lobed edge and raised design. Attached crossbar on the back with three prongs and movable section for a belt. There are two areas on the back where someone has scratched the silver presumably for testing otherwise in very fine condition. Measures 3 inches in height by 2 1/4 inches in width. | |||||||
