|HET VERHAAL VAN DE KLEINE LANGOORTJES (The Tale Of The Flopsy Bunnies). Verteld En Geillustreerd Door BEATRIX POTTER. London: Frederick Warne & Co., Ltd. "The Tale Of The Flopsy Bunnies" was first translated into Dutch in 1946. In 1946 Frederick Warne published five new Potter titles with Dutch translations. In addition to the "Flopsy Bunnies" they were: Benjamin Knabbel (Benjamin Bunny); Twee Stoute Muisjes (Two Bad Mice); Jeremias de Hengelaar (Jeremy Fisher); and, Tom Het Poesje (Tom Kitten). These were now available along with a previously translated edition of "Peter Rabbit". A scarce early Dutch edition and rare with a first edition dust jacket.|
