| A RARE FIGURAL TOY MANUFACTURED BY MARKS BROS CO., BOSTON MASS. Circa 1917. The toy is formed as a rabbit. He is made of laminated cardboard (5 layers) and has a delightful lithographed design on both the front and back of his die-cut form. The rabbit is attached to a tin base that rocks back and forth causing the rabbit's eyes to move back and forth as well. Printed on the back: PAT.NO. 1277401/ MARKS BROS.CO./ BOSTON MASS. The patent number indicates a date circa 1917. This wonderful toy shows some signs of wear but is, overall, in very good condition. The toy measures 7 inches in height by 4 1/2 inches at its widest point. | |||||||||||
