| A fine ART DECO period wooden pencil topped with a celluloid decoration formed as a flapper's head. Circa 1920s. The pert miss is wearing a yellow bonnet adorned with three white flowers. She sports bobbed hair, flirty eyes, rosy cheeks and a sweet cupid's bow mouth. The pencil is in unused condition and measures 8 inches in length. Someone has loved and taken care of this pencil for almost ninety years! | |||||||
