Campbell (unsigned) for an edition of "HEROES OF THE SCIENTIFIC WORLD" published in 1929 by Seeley, Service & Co., Ltd., London. The painting shows Franklin and his son about to perform the experiment during a storm. The painting is masterfully done with an impressive rendition of dark clouds and lightning.
