BOOK. FOREVER LAUGHTER. By DON FREEMAN. San Carlos: Golden Gate Books, (1970). FIRST EDITION. A SIGNED AND INSCRIBED PRESENTATION COPY BY FREEMAN. Pictorial boards in original pictorial dust jacket. INSCRIBED ON THE FRONT FREE ENDPAPER:"To/my good friend/Ethel Race/for your kind reactions/to this book from the start/and for your wonderful way/of getting the most/out of life!/Cheers!/Don Freeman/March 1970". This book was presented to my aunt Ethel who was widowed and lived in a residential hotel in Beverly Hills, Ca. It was a strange coincidence because I had already met Mr. Freeman prior to my Aunt's meeting with him. It seems he would stay at the same residential hotel when he needed to go to Los Angeles and from their conversations he discovered her connection to me. They struck up a friendship and would always chat together whenever he stayed at the hotel. My aunt presented me with this volume before she passed away. A near MINT COPY.
