| 30 x 40 inches. During the depression, the brilliant American artist, Mathers, created a series of images called "work incentive posters". Each week the workers would arrive at the factories and see a new image to encourage them. This one says "Look where you step-Watch what you do-Prevent accidents. Watch the other fellow." This is a poster which has been recreated, printed on watercolor velum paper. Because of its popularity we have re-issued this image with a process which is called giclee, printed with museum archival ink. It is magnificent in person and resembles the real thing. The image is incredible and looks like an authentic stone lithograph! This poster can also be printed on canvas with museum glazing to be stretched like an oil painting or framed like fine art. Double click on the poster to view the enlarged image and detailing. | ||
