A Qing (1850) bronze statue of Maitreya from Northern China. The crowned Buddha is in meditation and has a serene expression. In good condition. Old patina, some iron red, dark blue and vague gold. Height 24.3 cm. 11.5 cm. wide and 11.2 cm. deep.
