An intriguing black ground tangka (nakthang). Distemper and gold on cloth with a brocade mounting. The wrathful or protective deity (dharmapala) Begtse. He holds a sword in his right hand and a heart (from an enemy of Buddhism) in his left hand. He stands in alidhasana and is trampling a horse with his right and a human body with his left foot.
