An original Japanese color woodblock print by the artist Keisai Eisen (1791-1848), in oban yoko-e size. Depicting two women walking in the snow along the Sumida river. Condition: very good impression, still good colors, centerfold, lower rim with few small wormholes, slightly soiled, laid down at upper corners in matt. Dimension: 23.8 cm x 37.8 cm.

An original Japanese color woodblock print in oban size by the artist Kitagawa Utamaro (1754-1806), from the series "Yoshiwara Niwaka", published around 1795 by Tsutaya Juzaburo. Depicting seven women preparing to carry a portable Shinto shrine ("mikoshi"). Condition: very good impression, colors good, little rubbed and soiled, two corners with few creases, laid down at upper corners in folder. Dimension: 32.8 cm x 22.8 cm.

Decorated with phoenixes, four-clawed dragons, an auspicious Chinese character, bats and waves. Bordered with silk and backed with cotton fabric. Condition: partial little wear and stained area. The border decorated in green, iron red and gold with birds. Condition: no repairs and cracks - little wear and impurities, rim frittings and flakes, base with few adhering kiln grit. A pair antique Japanese bronze hanging lamps decorated with lotus leaves and buds. Made in three parts, the bowl having an insert. The junction between the upper and lower part of the suspension part fixed with bolt and nut, the bowl inside with cast inscription. Condition: some traces of usage, bolt and nut maybe not original, insert a bit dented. Dimension: total height: 65 cm, 21 cm wide.
