Circular porcelain plaque made for the Straits Chinese market, once used as an insert for a piece of furniture. Beautifully enameled with phoenix and dragon on a yellow ground. Condition: rim with chipped areas due to former mounting. Dimension: diameter: 28.6 cm, 0.6 cm thick.

Chinese or Tibetan butterfly-shaped woolen under-saddle rug, made in two pieces in knotted pile. Backed and edged with pale cotton. Decorated with blossoms and flowers in relief cut. Condition: stained and discolored areas, few areas with little wear, backing and edging with few small holes. Dimension: 133 cm x 77 cm.

A pair antique Japanese bronze hanging lamps decorated with lotus leaves and buds. Made in three parts, the bowl having an insert. The junction between the upper and lower part of the suspension part fixed with bolt and nut, the bowl inside with cast inscription. Condition: some traces of usage, bolt and nut maybe not original, insert a bit dented. Dimension: total height: 65 cm, 21 cm wide.

A beautiful 19th century miniature armor with storage box, made for a gogatsu ningyo doll to display on the Boy's day. Made of black lacquered papier-mache, partial with gilt relief decoration of waves, bound together with brown cord ties. Few parts as the maedate made of metal, the fabric is a Japanese brocade. Condition: traces of usage, wear, small chips and few cracks. The menpo is a bit squashed and has losses, one fukigaeshi is buckled. Dimension: yoroi: 30 cm x 16 cm.

A high quality bowl made in speckled cloisonne enamels, dating to the Meiji period. With central medallion of a ho-o bird, the outside decorated with stylized family crests. Gilt rims. Condition: fine, some wear to gilding. Dimension: 4.9 cm high, diameter: 12.2 cm.

Chinese Export silver sugar tongs with bamboo design, with maker's mark "WS", standing for Woshing and a Chinese character hallmark, working in Shanghai c. 1870s to 1910s. And a later tea strainer in basket form decorated with a dragon. Unmarked, tested silver. Condition: tea strainer with some small dents. Dimension: tongs: 11.2 cm long, weight: 26 g, strainer: 5.3 cm diameter, 3.5 cm high, weight: 28 g.
