A thinly potted, deep porcelain dish with moulded sides, made in China during the Kangxi period (1662 - 1722). Painted in underglaze blue, the center with a flowering plant and the sides with paneled decoration of landscapes alternating with flowers. Base marked with a blossom in a double circle. Condition: fine, backside of the rim with two tiny frits and few spots due to burst glaze bubbles. The well with a tiny firing flaw. Dimension: diameter: 16.2 cm, 3.7 cm high.

Two Chinese blue and white Kraak porcelain dishes retrieved from the Hatcher shipwreck, dating to the Transitional period, c. 1643. Each painted in underglaze blue with flowering plants in a star-shaped medallion, the sides with paneled decoration of flowers and auspicious symbols. One dish with a red "Hatcher Collection" label. Masterly carved from hardwood, the base made apart and patinated differently. Standing god of longevity holding his attributes, the staff with scroll and the peach, to his feet a crane with a linzhi fungus. Condition: figure with few narrow cracks, base with a small chip and a glued foot. Dimension: figure: 25.2 cm high, total height: 29.5 cm, weight: 742 g.

A high quality cloisonne vase dating from the Meiji period. Design of ho-o birds among clouds on a green speckled ground. The shoulder with flowers on a black spiral ground. Bottom, rim and wires are gilt. With wood stand. Condition: rim with a small dent (see picture No. 6). Small area with only under the magnifying glass visible imperfections. Dimension: 12.1 cm high. A high quality cloisonne vase dating from the Meiji period. The shoulder decorated with flowers on a black spiral ground, below a design of butterflies and flowers on a brown speckled ground. Then followed by foliate panels containing a ho-o bird or a dragon. Bottom, rim and wires are gilt. With wood stand. Condition: fine. Dimension: 12.1 cm high. Two Chinese export silver miniatures subtly formed as a rickshaw and a pushcart with movable wheels. Both with maker's mark "ZW" standing for Zeewo and two Chinese character marks. Known silversmith active in the late 19th and early 20th century in Shanghai. Condition: fine. Dimension: 6.1 cm and 8.2 cm long. Total weight: 80 g.

Two deep dishes with fluted walls. White porcelaneous clay with a white slightly pale blue toned glaze. The unglazed base with few oxidation. Base with collector's number. Condition: left one with a firing crack and two small rim chips, right with a tiny rim chip and wear to glaze. Dimension: 13.2 cm and 13 cm diameter, 3.4 cm high, weight: 332 g.

A magnificent, large Seto porcelain vase showing flying geese among snowy plants in low relief, on a celadon ground. The base is signed in underglaze blue "Seto, Kawamoto Masukichi sei". A striped plain weave cover, consisting of eight widths sewn together. Made of wool, dyed with natural colors. Most probably made by the Shahsavan nomads and dating from the 2nd half of 19th century. Condition: clean, one small area with old mends (near undone seam, see picture 12), another small mend, little tiny thin areas, the selvages needs a fixation. Dimension: 188 cm x 156 cm.
