A framed oil on canvas painting, showing a young boy in a Balinese landscape. The painting is signed Ch. A. Egli and titled on the back "Balinesischer Knabe". Charles A. Dynamic painting of a dancing couple in mixed media on paper, mounted on silk coated board. Signed and dated lower left. Shiavax Chavda joined the Sir J. J. School of Art, Mumbai in 1930. In 1935 he went to Europe, studied in England and France. In 1945 he had his first solo exhibition in Mumbai and then in Indonesia, Singapore, London, Paris and Switzerland. Old framing.
