Condition: lower margin with small loss, pith paper a bit wavy. Please look at the photos carefully, they make part of the condition report. Three framed gouache paintings on pith paper, made in Canton for the export in the 19th century. One with the depiction of a man mounted in gilt wood frame, the other 2 with a young lady and a vendor framed together behind glass. Condition: two with splits and patina. Please look at the photos carefully, they make part of the condition report. Dimension: image approx.: 8.9 cm x 6.7 cm and 8.2 cm x 5.1 cm, frame: 18 cm x 13.7 cm and 13.2 cm x 17.8 cm.

An antique heart-shaped midnight blue satin silk pouch finely embroidered on both sides with two stylized dragons around a "shou" character in Peking knot. Cotton lining, inner rim with paper residue. Condition: few loose threads and little traces of usage. Dimension: purse: 9 cm x 9 cm.

A fine print, engraved by Isidore-Stanislas Helman (1743 - 1806) in 1788. The emperor Qianlong ordered in 1766 in France a series of copper engravings representing its conquests of 1755-1759 against the Eleuthes. Only a few copies stayed in Europe. To satisfy the curiosity of the public, the engraver Isidore-Stanislas Helman produced a reduced version. A rare original Japanese woodblock print by the Shin Hanga artist Ito Sozan (born 1884). In tanzaku size depicting two crows on a snowy branch. Signed "Kozan" and sealed. This print was purchased 1920 by the former owner in Japan. Glued on cardboard. Condition: very good color and impression, one corner torn and the two others with small paper losses, all corners with tiny pin holes, some creasing. Dimension sheet: 37.3 cm x 17.3 cm.
