A chambu lota, bulbous vessel for sacred Ganges water used by pilgrims. Made of brass and copper, with exceptional floral design. This type of metalware is known as ganga-jumna referring to the two great rivers of North India. Condition: the mouth is slightly deformed, few small quite invisible dents, the foot with a small breakage. Dimension: 16.4 cm high, weight: 1140 g.
