The crimson red ground worked in metal wrapped threads and polychrome silk, woven with a flower in lozenge shaped lattice. Composed of several pieces, two edges with Russian printed cotton fabric. From Georges Redard's study collection (please visit http://www.iranicaonline.org/articles/redard-georges), mainly comprising Persian textiles. Condition: some holes, stains and thin areas.
