A large and heavy Chinese cloisonne bowl with gilt rims and wire, enameled at least with nine different colors. Decorated with flower medallions and clouds, the interior with bats around a "shou" character. The outer rim with a ruyi head border. Base with maybe later turquoise contre-email and a Chinese character. Please compare with a similar bowl in the Royal Museum of Edinburgh. Dimension: diameter: 20.7 cm, 9.1 cm high. Condition: traces of usage. Inside bottom with some alteration of enamels and lacking wax fillings.
