Sino Japanese War Triptych by Nobukazu, Meiji.

Original Japanese woodblock print triptych by Utagawa Nobukazu (1874 - 1944) showing a battle scene at the river near Port Arthur, dated Meiji 27 (1894), published by Yokoyama Ryohachi. The three oban are assembled, fine impression and colors with black highlights (tsuya-dashi). Condition: binding holes outside the printed image on the left margin, center slightly wavy due to former storage. Dimension: 37 cm x 71.6 cm.
