A leporello with Japanese original woodblock print triptychs, mainly designed by Utagawa Kuniyoshi (1797 - 1861), famous for his warrior prints. The album is containing six warrior triptychs by Kuniyoshi and two made by his pupils. The oban sized prints are separately mounted on gold splashed Japanese paper.

Condition: fine colors and impression, some prints with beautiful woodgrain. Most prints with obvious wear and stains to the lower margins. Dimension leporello: 36.2 cm x 24.1 cm.
