We are pleased to offer this lovely Ancient Apulian Prochus, Gnathian (Egnazia) South Italy, circa 340 BC, used for pouring wine with a slender spout and elegant handle. Central motif features an elegant ‘lady of fashion’ and bordering her bands of ornate scrolls, waves and petals. The neck has a nice ray pattern moving upward to a slender mouth and long arching handle. A very elegant vase type which is intact said for a small chip on the foot and some minor touch up of the paint on the face

Ancient polychrome decorated pottery vessel. Dates from 100 to 500AD. This Nazca vase has a bridge handled vessel with opposing human heads representing trophy heads. The slightly larger head has a figurative head-form spout. Areas of mineral deposits on the surface. Intact, said for chips on the spout rim and nose, some wear to the painted surface, stable hairline on the back of one head. Measure: 5-3/8”H. x 9-1/4”L.

Lovely ancient Mayan vase from the Northern Petén area of Guatemala. Dates to circa 250 – 600 AD and measure 5-1/4” in diameter. This lidded vessel is decorated with a series of water glyphs painted in red and black over cream slip on the chamber, as well as the lid. It is intact with vivid paint, good mineral deposits. Has some calcification, root marks and just a bit of erosion of the slip as seen in the photo. Beautiful piece!

Large two-tone Colima redware dog having a rear tail spout, pointy snout and perked ears. Has incised mouth and eyes, black painted mask over the eyes. Plump belly decorated with a large red circular spot on both sides of the stomach. Scattered mineral deposits and root marks. Has a minor stable hairline on right side of neck, otherwise intact. An ancient Chimu-Inca silver Pectoral from Peru. Dates to circa 1400 - 1500 AD. It consists of 26 silver disks and all ranging from 1” to 2” in diameter. Each silver disc is perforated and attached onto a black cloth and framed. The frame measures 19" x 21-1/2" and would make a great addition to any collection or room. Silver and Gold was plundered by the Spanish Conquistadors therefore making these surviving pieces ever more valuable.
