Here you find an a bronze feather element from a royal headdress, flanked with two Uraeus serpents wearing a sun disc. Constitutes the right side of a royal Hem-em-het or Atef crown for a statue. This section of the crown integrates the feather of justice, the horn of the ram (a traditional breed of ram with long wavy horns which disappeared after the middle kingdom), and the cobra-uraeus ‘defender of Egypt’ with a solar disk. Here you find an Egyptian terracotta depicting Harpokrates seated on a cloth draped over the black of an elephant, the god depicted nude, wearing a crown, his right index finger raised to his lips, holding a jar in his left hand, the elephant supporting a disk, perhaps a tambourine, on his trunk. Dates to approx 2nd cent. AD. Measures 8 inches in height.

Here you find an ancient Mayan antiquity that dates to approx 250 to 800 AD. This vessel is an orangeware pottery cylinder having an incised depiction of two lords seated in front of simple stylized alters or offering tables. A triangular 4” area of the rim, extending down 2-1/2” is a restoration. A tiny hole is also present as seen in the photo (midway in the wall of the cylinder) otherwise intact and lovely. Measures: 5 3/4”H x 5 1/2”D
