This is a palatial oil on canvas, Madonna and Child with Angels, 19th Century, no signature, Child holding rosary beads in hands, larger angel playing lute, smaller angel playing violin, canvas mounted on stretcher frame in palladian style, reinforced on back by sections of masonite board. Good condition, varnish heavy in spots and dripped, signs of overpainting in one spot, scratch upper left, may need cleaning and some restoration. Measurements: 86 in H x 39 in W approximately
