| This Cambridge Rose Point etched #1321 10 1/2" 28 oz Footed Wine or Brandy Decanter (the large #1321 decanter) has a ground stopper and is in excellent condition; no chips, cracks, etc. There is one very small scratch noticeable only upon very close inspection; a tiny flea bite (nothing more) on the ground, inside mouth where the stopper fits in (from manufacturing or from putting the stopper in, I don't know which); and one of the etched medallions has a manufacturing flaw (see picture 3); the etching is not perfect, it looks like the acid splashed a bit. Noticeable upon close inspection. None of these flaws are significant, but if you want absolutely perfect or mint, this is only excellent (and priced under book value).
