This Dugan pressedCoinspot #617 in blue opalescent was made in 1901 and seen in a Duncan ad in a National Glass Catalog. It was also called concave columns or in carnival it was coinspot. It was called a card receiver,but we call it a comport or bon bon. It is in guaranteed excellent condition and measures 6.75" wide and 4.5" high. It must be rare because it has taken me 8 years to track it to the right company and date it. It is truely lovely...

When I purchased this item I thought it would be easy to identify by the knob on the lid because it is so distinctive but it is the base and shape of the item and cuttings that looks like Hobbs Brockunier.
