Here's a jewel as Art Deco as the Chrysler Building! Sleek and strongly geometric, the 2-inch drop has a pattern of enameled blue and white diamonds at the base, plus a faux-sapphire cut in pyramid shape.
Obviously this is an Egyptian Revival piece, from the era when King Tut's treasures first dazzled the world in the 1920s - so its dating is antique, not merely vintage. Despite great age, condition is lovely; it takes high magnification to notice wear to either the crystal or the bright silver metal (which appears to be rhodium or chromium, one of those high-shine, easy-care metals from the platinum family). The 18-inch chain is almost certainly a later addition, but an excellent match. Provenance is a Wisconsin estate.
