An English sterling silver spreading or butter knife, marks to handle and to knife for Sheffield 1892 and silver smith's mark W.G, I.L within shield mark. Softly modelled mock-Georgian design, with harmoniously curved profile and a finely engraved crest of a lion rampant. Length "8¼/ 20,5 cm. Condition: small fusion mark on upper ridge, otherwise fine.

A very pretty ladies pocket watch, made in Switzerland, antique. The face is heart shaped, decorated in silver and gilt, the case all over finely engraved with floral ornaments. On the back are traces of enamel. The movement marked SWISSMADE. Case and cuvette both numbered 32086 over 5 and stamped 925, with London import marks for 1908, the cuvette also GS, initials that are part of the assay mark. Diameter "1¼/ 3,3 cm. Condition: at present it does not run.

Pair of oval silver salts, clean and simple design with straight sides and a classical border of stylized leaves (kymation) around the rim. Early 20th century, with Swedish import hall marks and possibly by Bernhard Hertz whose company was based in Copenhagen and Stockholm. Length "2/ 5,5 cm. No liners. Condition: fine.

A large classic tablespoon, the handle double-ridged and topped by a small lip. Impressed eagle mark and maker’s initials Abck: Co. Mid 19th century, Kentucky? Length "8½/ 21,5 cm, weight 48 grams. Condition: some wear consistent with time and a minor ding to the bowl (cf pics.).

Sterling silver tastevin made in Paris in the early 19th century, the handle decorated with a little bunch of grapes and leaves. One half with convex and concave indentations and the other godrooned, a classic and functional design showing the colour of the wine. There are three hallmarks: to the exterior a male head in profile right for Paris, introduced 1819, and a worn insect mark (“bigorne” mark), the interior with the Paris guarantee mark of a Dionysian head in profile left...

A sterling silver and parcel-gilt teaspoon in the Irving pattern, patented by the firm of Robert Wallace in 1899. The pattern was reissued in 1975 under a different name, but this is the original from around 1900. The spoon blade engraved “St. James”. Marks: Pat. 1899 RW (deer head) & S Sterling. Length "5 1/3 / 13.7 cm. Condition: fine.

Oval silver box and lid of tea caddy shape, the knop of the lid a natural oval stone, probably veined gneiss. Engraved Georgian style borders and crest, the crest with a dedication, “From Steanis”, a gift in Georgian style and probably made around 1900. The box is unmarked and has been tested as sterling silver. Its weight is 798 grams. Length "7 ¼ / 18.5 cm, height including the knob "4 ¾ / 12cm. Condition: a few scratch marks around the crest and a minimal dent to the backside (cf. pics)...

Teaspoon or dessert spoon, the handle with a shield crest, the bowl gilt. Owl mark and W for Weidlich Sterling Spoon Co. and 41 for this pattern, produced c 1920. Length "5 ½ / 14 cm. Condition: fine.

English Edwardian cake knife, the blade engraved with a bird among flowers, the handle faux ivory resin. Marks för Atkin brothers in Sheffield and year mark for 1910. Length "9 ½ / 24 cm. Condition: a hairline and some yellowing to the handle.

Georgian silver tea caddy spoon with ivory handle. Of shovel shape, the inside engraved with a monogram surrounded by forget-me-not flowers, the background checkered, textile-like. No marks, c 1800, England, possibly Birmingham. Length "4/ 10.4 cm.
