Condition: finial is lacking and just above the base of the bowl there is a small (1 mm) drilled hole.

Black basalt teapot with fluted relief moulding and sybil or widow finial, Wedgwood style, c 1800. Unmarked silver lining to spout (the electroplated strainer visible on one of the photos will be the buyer’s bonus).

Condition: refilled holes from staples on the spout which has been restuck. Two rim chips to lid.

Minton Indian Tree platter, transfer printed in a sparkling famille rose palette, year mark for 1843, pattern number 1482. This classical pattern was first introduced by Minton’s, around 1840.

Condition: hairline cracks to one side and some wear to the decorated surface.
