A Chinese Export blue and white octagonal deep platter, c 1760. Blue and white decoration, the well with a flower and bamboo garden motif within a lace frame, the border with flowers and cornucopiae. Cut edges with “reinforcement” glaze. Width: “15 ½ /39 cm, height: “2 ½ /6,5 cm. Condition: glaze blister (from fabrication), one corner restuck, otherwise fine.

A small Chinese export tea bowl for the European market, c 1750-80. Enamelled decoration of flowers in green, purple and puce. Height: “1 ½ /4 cm, diam: “2 ½ /6,5 cm. Condition: three hairlines (the longest visible on photo).

A Chinese Export salt in the Double Peacock pattern, Qianlong, c 1750. Width: “3 ¼ /8 cm, height: “1 ½ /3,5 cm. Condition: fine.

A Thai Benjarong stemmed dish, redware, 18th century. Decoration in green, yellow, white and pink. The rim of barbed shape, stem and dish apparently joined together by a charred piece of clay. Height: “2 ¼ /6 cm, diam: “6/15 cm. Condition: chips to rim and general rubbing to the decoration.

Chinese hat stand with sgraffito (scratched) decoration of chrysanthemum and a poem (?) filled in with black, on a white ground. Late 19th c. Height: “11 ¼ /28,5 cm. Condition: fine, except for some rubbing to the gilt border.

Coffee cup, decorated with a European style black and gilt border, flowers and birds in Famille Rose colours. Qianlong (1736-95). Height: “ 2 ½ /6,5 cm. Condition: restored chip above handle.

A blue and white octagonal plate, Qianlong period, of flat shape with sharp cut and brown-glazed rim. Decoration of flowers, rock and a willow tree surrounded by a Kangxi type border. Diam: 8 ½" to 9 ¼"/21,5 to 22,5 cm. Condition: rim frits and glaze imperfections as shown on photos, otherwise fine.

Syllabub or custard cup (or pot de crème) in the shape of a bud or a fruit within relief moulded, stylized scale leaves. The lid modelled as a small Mandarin cap. Decorated with European style flowers and gilt borders. Late Qianlong. Cf Swedish publications Gyllenswärd (1977) p. 133 and Wirgin (1998) p. 19, where the same border is depicted and dated to 1784, for the Swedish King. The border closest to the knob of the lid has a neoclassical, "fasces" motif. Height (including lid): 4"/10,5 cm...

Two white bowls, Jiaqing (c 1800) or late Qianlong. Interior decoration of gilt scroll work beneath an apricot and gilt border or ribbon. The exterior with a gilt owner's monogram, IPH. Height: 2 ¼"/5,5 cm, diam: 4 ½"/11 cm. Condition: hairlines and rubbing to the gilt decoration (both bowls) and chip to inner side of foot rim to one bowl, still beautiful.

Two small tea bowls with blue and white decoration, one of flower panels and slender ladies, "long Elizas", the other with a double row of flower panels, Kangxi period (1662-1722). Height: "1 ½ - "1 ¾ /3,5 - 4 cm, diam: "2 ¼ - "2 ½ /6 to 6,5 cm. Condition: minimal rim frits as seen on photos.

A small eggshell-thin dish with a decoration of two birds and two fan-shaped panels - one with a landscape, the other with a poem (?), all in a variety of colours, 19th c. Wing of one bird has been painted as to hide a glaze bubble, something which usually is considered an indication of age. Overglaze red marks: Hirado san, Mikawachi. Diam: "5 ½ /13 cm. Condition: fine.
