White and gilt rectangular box and lid by KPM/ Königliche Porzellanmanufaktur, Berlin. The model was designed by Siegmund Schütz in the 1960's. There are several varieties of the decoration of the lid; this example has a gilt crest of a ship. Width: "4/ 10,5 cm. Condition: fine.

Small bowl by KPM/Königliche Porzellanmanufaktur. The exterior striped orange, the interior with decoration of a single, superbly painted butterfly (or a nun moth?) and an acorn cap. S-mark for 1949, one of the post-war years when the Berlin production had been moved to Selb, in Bavaria. Diam: "5 ¾ / 14,5 cm, height: "1 ½/ 4,5 cm. Condition: wear and a scratch mark to the exterior.

Pair of playful bears, in the white, by KPM/Königliche Porzellanmanufaktur, Berlin. Under-glaze blue sceptre mark for 1962 - . Height: "3 ½ / 9,5 cm, width: "4/ 10,5 cm. Condition: fine.

Small handled rectangular cache-pot/flower pot and liner by Waechtersbach. The basket-weave of the cache-pot decorated with green dots and a printed flower border in late Art Nouveau style, also running over the handles of the pot. The inner pot left undecorated. Impressed shield mark and printed blue mark "Wächtersbach" and a black printed mark, possibly a year mark for 1923, December. Width including handles: "7 ¼ / 18,5 cm, height: "2 ¼ / 5,5 cm...

Pair of hexagonal fruit or cake plates. Design of stylized red berries and geometrical shapes in grey, pale blue and beige. Impressed shield mark to one plate, triangular stamped mark to both, Dec. 1619 (pattern number) and 39, possibly for 1939. Diam: "7/ 18 cm. Condition: slight wear to the well as seen in photos.

Two interesting German Art Déco pieces from Carstens Uffrecht, c 1930, a small dish/ ashtray and a larger dish. Orange and blue geometric decoration against a mottled white ground, both on stands of distinct, sculptural shape. Diam: 8"/ 20 cm and width of smaller dish: 6”/15 cm. Condition: restored chip to rim on the larger dish at 10 o’clock.

Two Prussian faïence plates from the factory of Oscar Schlegelmilch, Langenwiesen. Lobed shape and painted flower decoration mainly in green, turquoise and blue. Four-leaf clover mark and O.S. impressed, and painter's mark NBh (?) 1935. Diam: 9 ½"/ 24 cm. Condition: a minimal rim ship to one plate as seen on photo.

A German candlestick or candle holder, circular and with a disc-shaped, modernist style handle. Redware, glazed mainly in orange and brown. Relief triangle mark with inscribed arrow for Carstens-Uffrecht, c 1930, and model number 3676. Diam: 4 ¾" /12 cm. Condition: fine.
