Charmingly kitschy fayence figurines, musicians by Czech Ditmar Urbach, c 1930. An accordionist and a flutist, dressed in Robin Hood-like attire. Height: "9 ½ / 24 cm. Printed mark Ditmar Urbach Made in Germany, impressed model numbers 14257 and 142 58. The Czech factory was confiscated in 1938 by the Germans. Condition: a nick to the hand of one musician and repair to the hat of the other, and to the feet of both.
