A pair of white opaline bowls with gilt decoration of palmettos in typical Empire style, French or possibly Russian, c 1820-30. Height: 3 ¼”/8 cm, diam: 4”/10,5 cm. Condition: rubbing to the gilding and one of the bowls has cracks as shown on photos.
