Paleo-Indian Unifacial Scraper Nuckolls Site Tn.
Paleo-Indian Unifacial four sided Scraper from the Nuckolls Site, located on the Cumberland River, in Western Tennessee. Extremely well crafted. Excellent condition. Good patina. Acquired by Joe Wright from the family farm, and then purchased by Gary Noel, member of the Archaeological Society of Ohio. Three and three quarters inches in length by one and one half inches in width. This is the best crafted unifacial scraper, with its' stunning rectangular shape, that this writer has personally examined. This rare form is related to the Paleo-Indian Square Knife.
