| This is a wonderful Japanese Iris tea set with some of the best silver workmanship we have come across. Each piece is sturdy and heavy. The set is marked sterling or stamped Jungin ('pure silver') We could find no artist mark. The work is of such high quality that the maker could be Ryounsai or Konoike. If you look very closely you will see that this set several repairs and the tray once had a monogram that was taken out. Total weight of the set is 2940 grams.
