| A very lovely antique purple transferware T. Mayer Staffordshire plate in the Canova pattern that dates from 1826 - 1838. Plate measures 8 1/2" diameter. It is in excellent condition for its age; there are a few very small nicks on the edge, no cracks or crazing. It is marked with the maker's mark and Canova T. Mayer Stoke Upon Trent.
