A pair of Kutani-yaki tokkuri (sake bottle) are decorated with designs of pine, bamboo and plum trees. In Japan, these trees called "sho-chiku-bai" and be regarded as the symbol of auspicious.

Measurements : H 7 3/8" (10.8 cm) x W 3" (7.7 cm) each
It is in good condition.

Japanese Kutani porcelain with a colored picture of a prawn.
Takekoshi Toshiaki (b 1940, Ishikawa prefecture) is a member of the Japan art academy.
He has be accepted the Japan Fine Arts Exhibition (Nitten) many times and received number of awards (grand prize in 1980 and 1981).
Artist's mark "Toshi" on the base.

Measurements : 3 7/8" (10 cm) diameter and 1 3/4" (4.6 cm) hight.
It is in excellent condition and comes with original signed and stamped wooden box.

A pair of porcelain carp is made by Takagi Hoshi ( 1908 - ? ).
Date in the mid 20th century.
An artist mark "Hoshi" on the each base.

Gray one : 13 3/8" (34.5 cm) Red one : 11 3/8" (28.8 cm)
The works are in good condition with no cracks or repairs. The lid of tomobako ( original wooden box ) is slightly-warped as seen in the last photo.
