This incense burner is cast in Haku-do ( cupronickel ) by Hasuda Shugoro ( 1915 - 2010 ).
The lid has decoration of a dog and two kanji characters, read "Mizunoe Inu".
Mizunoe-inu is the year of the Dog, once every 60 years...

Japanese cast iron vase has enameled interior.

Japanese modern art lost-wax casting bronze vase by Hirai Noboru (1931- ) in Takaoka, Toyama Prefecture.
He studied under Suga Shoen II (1898-1979), a master of lost-wax casting.

Signed artist mark "Eiju" on the base and comes with original wooden box.

Antique Japanese bronze shishi (foo dog or chinese lion), date from the mid to late Edo period (18-19th century).
It would appear that it was a part of large bronze ware, like incense burner or vase of temple.
